Benisa van de Wetering has significant experience in program development and production in the Dutch television industry. Currently, Benisa is working at EndemolShine Nederland as a program developer since July 2022. Prior to this, Benisa held various roles at Vincent TV Producties from May 2017 to July 2022, including Executive Assistant, program developer, and editor for notable shows including Dragons' Den and Andere Kant van Nederland. Additional experience includes a role in editorial capacity at RTL and Talpa, where Benisa served as Head of Casting for Utopia and contributed to multiple productions. Benisa's educational background includes a Master's degree in Film and Television Studies from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Amsterdam, along with secondary education at Comenius College Hilversum.
