Marlie Barnard currently serves as the Group Manager: Studies at Endeavour Mining Corporation, a position held since December 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at AngloGold Ashanti from February 2008 to November 2021, where Marlie held various roles including Senior Project Manager overseeing significant projects in Guinea, Lead Process Engineer responsible for process design and metallurgical test work, and Metallurgical Engineer focusing on process development and improvement. Marlie's educational background includes a Master of Science in Engineering (MSc Eng) in Extractive Metallurgical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (B Eng) in Chemical Engineering with majors in Mineral Processing, both earned from Stellenbosch University.
