Meg Clark (Badelow) currently serves as the Head of Creative Transformation at Endeavour Group since July 2023, following an extensive career in marketing leadership roles. Previous positions include Head of Marketing - Trade & Instore at BWS from July 2018 to July 2023, where Meg led the Trade Marketing team in executing the communications strategy for the retail calendar. Earlier experience includes Marketing Manager roles at both BWS and Metcash, where responsibilities encompassed the strategic planning and creative management of retail communication initiatives. Meg's career also features tenure at McDonald's Australia as Senior Brand & Strategy Manager, as well as roles at Whybin TBWA and IdeaWorks in account management. Meg holds a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Canberra, obtained between 1997 and 1999.
