Head Of System Operations at Endeavour Energy

Edmund Li has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Edmund started their career as a Cadet Engineer at Endeavour Energy in November 2010 and worked there until December 2014. During their time at Endeavour Energy, they held positions such as Graduate Engineer, Secondary Systems Engineer, and Network Technology & Analytics Manager. Edmund then joined NICTA as a Research Student from November 2009 to February 2010. Following that, they worked at UNSW as an Embedded Systems laboratory Demonstrator from February 2011 to November 2012. Returning to Endeavour Energy, they took on roles such as Strategy & Development, Operational Performance Manager, Digital Innovation Manager, Manager of Design, and is currently serving as the Head of System Operations since July 2023.

Edmund Li completed their education at UNSW, starting in 2008 and graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) degree in Electrical, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) degree in Accounting. Edmund then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Excellence in Operational Excellence from UNSW, which they completed in 2021. Prior to university, Edmund attended Sydney Technical High School from 2002 to 2007. Edmund also obtained various certifications, including Adaptive Leadership in an Accelerating World and Learn to Lead with UNSW in 2023, Advanced Experimentation from Methodry in 2022, and a Certificate in Executive Management and Development from UNSW in 2021. In 2021, Edmund also obtained certifications in Digital Transformation Essentials, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Design Thinking & Experimentation, and Change Management Foundation, all from AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Additionally, they received a Black Belt Training certification in 2021, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2020, and Green Belt Training from the same institution. Edmund completed a Business Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity in 2017 and attended a course on NGIx: The Next Generation of Infrastructure at Technische Universiteit Delft in 2020.
