Melanie Hildebrandt is an experienced information technology executive currently serving as EVP & CIO at Endeavor since January 2023, where responsibilities include setting the strategic direction for IT, overseeing internal technology infrastructure, and ensuring data security. Prior to Endeavor, Melanie held the position of Vice President - Enterprise Systems & Development at WestRock Company from April 2021 to January 2023, focusing on strategy development and application management for digital transformation. Melanie's extensive career at Sony Pictures Entertainment spanned 15 years, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President - Corporate IT, where leadership included Corporate IT portfolio management and strategy formation. Earlier experiences include various positions at OmniLogic, PwC Consulting, and IBM Consulting Services as a Senior SAP Consultant. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alberta.
