Charles L. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global payroll, compliance, and mobility. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Payroll and Compliance at Endeavor since September 2019, Charles L. has previously held the role of Senior Director of Global Reward Operations at the same company, leading initiatives across Global Payroll, Global Mobility, Contingent Workforce Systems, and Employment Tax. Prior to Endeavor, Charles L. worked at IMG Media as Director of Global Mobility and Tax, and held multiple roles at Deloitte UK and EY, including Global Mobility Manager and Global Mobility Consultant, respectively. Charles L. holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Essex.
