Guilherme Hoher is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in startup sourcing and strategy development. Currently serving as a Startup Sourcing professional at Endeavor since August 2023, Guilherme previously held the position of Summer Analyst at Atlantico and was Head of Strategy at The School of Life Brasil from July 2022 to July 2023. Other notable roles include Venture Capital experience at Caravela Capital, Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company, and various internships, including one at Anheuser-Busch InBev's Regional Procurement Office. Guilherme also contributed as an Alumni Analyst for BRASA and gained operational insights at Vioo. Educationally, Guilherme is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, after completing the International Baccalaureate at the International School of Curitiba.
