Jeremy Leach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Endeavour South Africa Local Start Up, Jeremy has also been the Founder and Executive Director of Inclusivity Solutions since February 2015, focusing on delivering innovative insurance solutions through digital channels. Previously, Jeremy founded the insurance practice at Bankable Frontier Associates and held key roles at MicroEnsure and Hollard Insurance, where strategic development in micro-insurance was a primary focus. Additional experience includes serving as a member of the Short Term Insurance Advisory Committee in South Africa and as Executive Director at FinMark Trust, a think tank aimed at enhancing financial service access for underserved markets. Early career positions include consulting for the Department for International Development and working as a corporate officer at Deloitte. Educational credentials include an MSc in International Development from the University of Bath and leadership training at GIBS and Harvard Business School.
