Yelena Goltsman has extensive experience in technology and delivery roles, currently serving as VP, Delivery Partner for the Payments Account Group in the Americas at Endava since April 2016. Previously, Yelena held key positions such as Sr. Director of Business Solution Management for Supply Chain at Sirius XM Radio Inc., and Director of Delivery in Software Engineering at Wyndham Hotel Group/AETEA IT Consulting. Additional experience includes Associate Director of Royalty Systems at Warner Music Group and Manager of Marketing and Analytical Systems at Bertelsmann Direct North America, where leadership included overseeing large teams and delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions. Yelena's educational background features a combined BS and MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Ukrainian Institute of Printing Technology, as well as various certifications in project management and technology from recognized institutions.
