Sayaka Sekiguchi Piper, CMP, has over 15 years of experience in the meetings and events management sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Meetings and Events at Encova Insurance since July 2016, Sayaka has previously held various roles including Senior Meeting and Events Specialist at the same company, Meeting and Events Coordinator at Motorists Insurance Group, and Meeting and Events Senior Specialist at L Brands. Additional experience includes positions such as Events Manager and Events/Sponsorship Assistant at Experience Columbus, Instructor at AEON, and Volunteer Coordinator at South Shore Habitat for Humanity. Sayaka holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from Bowling Green State University, completed in 2003.
