Eric Harmon has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Eric started their career at New Albany Country Club in 2005, where they worked in Outdoor Operations until 2008. In 2009, they joined Motorists Insurance Group as a Commercial Underwriter and later became a District Sales Manager. In this role, their responsibilities included forging positive relationships with independent agents and facilitating underwriting and pricing for commercial insurance sales. In 2019, Eric joined Encova Insurance as the Vice President and Business Director of Commercial Lines, where they currently work.

Eric Harmon received their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Ohio Northern University in 2009. Eric then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University in 2012.
