Charlie McGaver, CIC, is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Production Underwriter for Package Lines at Encova Insurance since April 2022, Charlie previously held the position of Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager at Integrity Insurance from June 2016 to April 2022. Prior roles include Account Executive for Construction at Travelers from 2013 to 2016, and Commercial Account Executive at RC Insurance Services from 2009 to 2013. Early career experience includes working as a Risk Management Analyst at M3 Insurance from 2008 to 2009 and a Claims Technician Intern at United Heartland from 2007 to 2008. Charlie is a graduate of the Travelers Underwriting Professional Development Program with a focus on Construction and holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
