Melody Fischer M.Ed. is a skilled media manager with extensive experience in enrollment operations and strategic communication in higher education. Currently serving as Media Manager, Digital at Encoura since June 2023, Melody previously held roles at the University of Arizona International, where responsibilities included managing recruitment marketing communications, supervising enrollment operations, and developing integrated communication plans for international student recruitment from April 2020 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Administrative Associate with a focus on finance coordination and supporting the College of Humanities at the University of Arizona. Melody holds a Master of Education specializing in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona.
