Dwayne Walker currently serves as an Enrollment Services Consultant at Encoura since July 2023. Previously, Dwayne held the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management at Albright College from September 2019 to June 2023, and served in various roles at Delaware Valley University, including Vice President of Enrollment Management and Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management & Director of Admission from February 2012 to September 2019. Dwayne's earlier experience includes positions at Alvernia University, where Dwayne was Director of Admission, Assistant Basketball Coach, and Associate/Assistant Director of Admission from July 2001 to January 2012. Dwayne earned both a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Alvernia University, completing the M.B.A. in 2008 and the Bachelor's degree in 2001.
