Megan Bowman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Megan began their career in 2013 as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Healing Springs Pharmacy and worked there until 2019.

In 2019, Megan joined Encore Technologies where they initially served as a Talent Consultant. Their responsibilities included building relationships with clients by delivering highly talented resources that aligned with their unique cultural environment. Due to their successful performance, Megan was promoted to Lead Technical Recruiter in April 2022.

Megan Bowman attended the University of Cincinnati from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies.
