Josh Eisenman, PMP, currently serves as the PACAF Fuels Project Manager at Encore Support Systems, LP since April 2024. Prior to this role, Eisenman was a Fuels Project Manager at DAWSON from June 2023 to January 2024 and completed a DoD Skillbridge internship at Weston Solutions, Inc. from March 2023 to June 2023. Eisenman has extensive experience with the United States Air Force, having held multiple leadership positions including Director of Operations and Human Resources, where oversight was provided for over 350 personnel, and Fuels Superintendent, responsible for $60 million in assets and multiple projects. Eisenman's background includes managing fuel operations, logistics support for multinational exercises, and significant financial responsibilities for fuel inventory and accounts totaling over $394 million. Eisenman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University and an associate degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
