Chris Huffstetler currently serves as the Director of Implementation and Insights at Encore Repair Services since January 2024. Previously held positions at AT&T include Budget Forecast Analyst for Broadband Reverse Logistics, where responsibilities involved ensuring refurbishment operations met ROI and budgetary goals, and Quality Manager for Broadband & Video, acting as a liaison between supply chain teams and reverse logistics vendors. Prior military service as a Captain in the Tennessee Army National Guard included various leadership roles and a veteran status from Operation Iraqi Freedom. Earlier experience with Goh America Corporation involved managing international supply chain procurement and logistics for major home appliance manufacturers. Chris Huffstetler holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and completed graduate work in International Relations and Affairs at the University of South Carolina.
