Jay Benke possesses extensive experience in the oilfield services industry, currently serving as the Manager of Shop Operations at Encore Oilfield Services, LLC since February 2015. Prior to this role, Jay worked as a Field Technician at Quicksilver Resources Inc. from January 2012 to January 2015 and at EOG Resources from February 2009 to January 2012. Jay is equipped with a Welding Certification obtained from Nichols Career Center between 1997 and 1998, underscoring a strong technical foundation in welding technology.
