Marijan Spralja currently serves as the Manager of the Innovation Team and Manager of Front End Development for Digital Services at Encore, a position held since May 2020. In this role, Marijan is focused on driving growth through digital services and establishing Encore as a leader in the digital realm while building a skilled team to design and develop innovative solutions. Prior to Encore, Marijan worked at FMAV from March 2004 to May 2020, holding positions such as Solutions Specialist and MediaLab Content Specialist. Marijan is an alumnus of the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
