Leslie Athill has over 30 years of experience in various roles within finance and operations. Leslie began their career as a Financial Analyst at HP in 1991 and held positions at The Walt Disney Company and International Data Response Corporation before joining MP3.com as Director of Finance and Operations in 1999. At MP3.com, Leslie led the financial planning and reporting function and implemented Salesforce.com for business development. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as a Management Consultant at RSM Equico and a Senior Manager at Ericsson Wireless Communications, Inc. In 2004, Leslie joined Encore Capital Group and held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Head of Latin America, Vice President of M&A Integration, and Vice President of Global Business Process Management. Throughout their career, Leslie has been responsible for strategic planning, process improvement projects, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing software systems.

Leslie Athill has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Harvard Business School. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from UCLA. Additionally, Leslie has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, although the institution and dates of obtaining the certification are unknown.
