Justin Song, CPA, CMA, PMP has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence, applications consulting, and software development. Justin started their career at Binary Stream Software in 2006 as a Team Lead and Senior Software Developer, where they gained expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dexterity, SQL, BI, SSRS, C#, .NET, and related applications. Justin also led and managed projects and products at this company. In 2012, Justin joined Candlewest Systems as an Applications Consultant and worked there until 2014. Justin then transitioned to Encore Business Solutions as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, where they continue to contribute their skills and knowledge.

Justin Song, CPA, CMA, PMP graduated with a B.Sc in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia in 2006. Justin then obtained their CPA, CMA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) from 2012 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Justin has achieved the following: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2021, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in September 2020, Tableau Desktop 9 Qualified Associate from Tableau Software in September 2015, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute in February 2015, Certified Qlikview Designer and Certified Qlikview Developer from Qlik in November 2013, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in October 2012.
