Jody Nugent is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Hotel Dining at Encore Boston Harbor since March 2019. Prior to this role, Jody held various positions including General Manager and General Manager of On Deck. Nugent's career in the restaurant industry began at Briar Group, where a tenure from 2003 to March 2019 included the role of Restaurant General Manager. Jody received education at Newman Preparatory School.
