David Gray is an experienced operations and customer service professional with a diverse background across various industries. Currently serving as a Public Area Department Status Board Operator at Encore Boston Harbor since June 2019, David played a critical role in the launch of a multi-billion dollar integrated resort and manages communication for a team of over 70 individuals.
