Jason Lapp currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Controller at Encore Bank, a position held since November 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at Centennial Bank from May 2018 to November 2019, and prior roles at One Bank & Trust, where Jason held positions such as AVP and Accounting Manager from October 2012 to May 2018, and CD Custodial Manager, Assistant Manager, and Bank Teller from September 1997 to September 2012. Jason holds an Associate's degree from the University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College.
