Ashley Bell has over 18 years of banking experience, currently serving as Vice President and Office Manager at Encore Bank since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Regional Operations Manager at First Guaranty Bank from June 2017 to November 2022 and held the position of VP Branch Manager at Synergy Bank from July 2007 to June 2017. Ashley began the banking career as a Teller at First Bank, where employment started in January 2005 and continued until June 2007. Educational background includes a high school diploma from South Garland High School, completed between 2000 and 2004.
