Nicole Russell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the events and hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager for the NSW & ACT region at Encore Event Technologies APAC since August 2020. Nicole's career at Encore spans over two decades, with progressive roles including General Manager ANZPAC and Regional General Manager NSW & ACT. Prior to Encore, Nicole worked as a Restaurant Supervisor and Bar Manager at the ANA Harbour Grand Hotel Sydney, now Shangri La Hotel Sydney, from 1997 to 2002. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Western Sydney University and a Diploma in Management from Management Consultancy International.
