Chelsea Campbell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fire protection and sales. Currently serving as the Regional Fire Protection Manager for Encon & Nevill Long since June 2023, Chelsea supports branches in the South East and London region, holding an IFE Level 3 qualification in Passive Fire Protection. Prior to this role, Chelsea spent over six years at Hilti Group, progressing through positions such as Solutions Consultant, Building Envelope Specialist, and Sales Account Manager, where notable achievements included being ranked in the top 3 for AM Top Club in the META region. Chelsea also co-founded Cambaha, participating in the CAP19 project to develop and pitch a business idea, and served as the Managing Director for Brainstorm Escape Rooms in Durban, South Africa. Earlier career experience includes managing administration at Need A Tool, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of South Africa.
