Jeff Ackley is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in backend development, systems architecture, and DevOps. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Encompass Onsite since September 2019, Jeff leads backend development and mentors junior developers. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Kodo, Jeff focused on product vision, development, and team management. Jeff has held key engineering roles at Sustain and Paperless Pipeline, consolidating expertise in full-stack development, UX research, and project management. Jeff began a career in quality assurance and account management, shaping a strong foundation in customer support and service delivery. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas A&M University.
