Rachel Tobin has extensive experience in project management and communications. Rachel has worked at EnCompass LLC as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing project operations management and playing a crucial role in the growth of project management at the company. Prior to this, Rachel has worked at University Research Co., LLC (URC) & Center for Human Services (CHS) as a Senior Program Officer and Project Coordinator. Rachel has a Bachelor's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University and a Master's degree in Global Studies and International Relations with a focus on Global Health and Development from Northeastern University.
