John Charles is a Development Lead and Java Developer at Encoded since November 2014, where responsibilities include building interactive voice response (IVR) services and e-commerce applications for payment card transactions, as well as providing technical support for live client services. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Product Engineer and Product Engineer at Staffcare from July 2010 to September 2014, focusing on supporting fellow engineers, reviewing project requirements, and developing websites using various technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and JQuery. John holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Surrey.
