Mohannad Sabbagh, MSc, CCM, AC, is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at Enclos since April 2022. Previously, Mohannad held the position of Senior Preconstruction Manager and Estimating at Clark Pacific from June 2020 to May 2022, and served as Tender Leader/Pre-construction Manager at Permasteelisa North America from April 2016 to May 2020. Early career roles include preconstruction estimator at Contracting & Construction Enterprises - CCE and project engineer at Future Office For Engineering Design. Mohannad holds a Master's Degree in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, along with certifications such as OSHA 30 and EIT.
