Ed Blair has a wealth of experience in the programming and development field. In 1997, they worked as an Information Analyst for EDS Group, creating and maintaining reports and data feed using Visual Basic 3, 4, and 5. In 2000, they were a Senior Developer for CMDomain Industries, Inc, creating and maintaining web pages for the internet, intranet, and extranet of several customers using ASP, HTML, and Microsoft SQL Server 7. In 2003, they were a Developer for DataQuest, Inc, developing a web based program for drug and alcohol rehab centers using ASP, SQL Server 7, JavaScript, and VBScript. In 2007, they worked as a Contractor for Computer Aid, Inc, developing a web based program tracking system using ASP. NET and SQL Server 2005. In 2008, they were a Product Specialist for PGCB (through Computer Aid Inc.), converting several Access database applications to web applications. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Senior Programmer Analyst for Harsco Corporation, creating and maintaining intranet applications using Visual Studio 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2013. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Senior Programmer for General Dynamics Information Technology, creating and maintaining applications using C#. NET and VB. NET with Visual Studio 2013 using both SQL 2008 and Oracle databases. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Analyst/Programmer supporting the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) for Encentric, Inc. Additionally, they have been self-employed as a Developer since 2002.

Ed Blair obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computers from Penn State University between 1987 and 1991. Ed also obtained a CompTIA Security ce certification from CompTIA in October 2015.
