Jennifer Collins has held various positions in the environmental management field since 1997. Jennifer began their career at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) as an Air Quality Inspector, conducting compliance inspections and preparing enforcement actions. In 2012, they moved to the City of Indianapolis as the Administrator of the Bureau of Environmental Services. In 2016, they returned to IDEM as the Pollution Prevention and Compliance Assistance Manager, managing the pollution prevention program, Compliance and Technical Assistance Program (CTAP) and educational programs. Currently, they are employed at Encamp, where they serve as both an Account Manager and a Technical Solutions Manager.

Jennifer Collins obtained their Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a field of study in Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington between 1990 and 1994. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, 15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary) in November 2021 and Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations in March 2021.
