Spencer Pray currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Municipal and Stakeholder Engagement in the Ontario Southwest Region at Enbridge Gas, starting in August 2023. Since March 2018, Spencer has held various positions within the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, including Economic Development Officer I and II, Volunteer Firefighter, and Business Development Analyst. Previously, Spencer worked as Deputy Clerk and Financial Assistant at the Municipality of West Elgin from January 2014 to January 2018. Spencer's educational background includes an MBA in Dispute Resolution from James Cook University, a Diploma in International Trade from FITT International Trade Training, and a Certificate in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo, among other credentials in municipal administration and business studies.
