Fabrizio Mancuso is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Organization and HR Transformation at ENAV since March 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at Autostrade per l'Italia, where Mancuso worked from July 2010 to March 2024, including positions such as Direttore Generale presso ESSEDIESSE and CFO across various subsidiaries. Notably, Mancuso has extensive project management experience, coordinating large teams for initiatives like the Free Flow Multilane system for Autostrada Pedemontana Lombarda and the start-up of Telepass France. Additional leadership includes the role of Head of Human Resources & Organizational Development at SOCIETA AUTOSTRADA TIRRENICA P.A. from March 2019 to March 2024, along with numerous non-executive board memberships. Education includes a degree in Economics with a specialization in Corporate Finance from Università Bocconi, completed in 1995.
