Dmytro Radchenko has a diverse work experience in the field of chemistry. Dmytro started their career at Enamine Ltd. in 2007 as a Chemist and quickly progressed to roles such as Team leader and Production manager. Dmytro worked at Enamine Ltd. for almost 7 years before transitioning to become the Head of Parallel Chemistry in September 2015. Prior to their time at Enamine Ltd., Dmytro worked as a Researcher at Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University starting in 2012. Additionally, they gained international experience as a Guest Researcher at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) from September 2014 to September 2015.

Dmytro Radchenko received their education in the field of Organic Chemistry from 2002 to 2007 at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree.
