Vinny Souza currently serves as the Head of Data Science at Enact Mortgage Insurance, leading a team focused on delivering analytics across the enterprise and promoting the use of Machine Learning and AI practices. Prior to this role, Vinny held various leadership positions at IBM for nearly two decades, including Global Leader of Data Science for the Quote-to-Cash organization, where a multidisciplinary team leveraged data methods to achieve significant business outcomes. Vinny also contributed as a Global Client Advocate Champion and managed client data transformation initiatives, demonstrating a strong capability in operational efficiency and customer service improvement. Earlier experience includes roles at FJ Engenharia as a Network Engineer and Project Manager, as well as a Marketing Specialist at 3M, where Vinny successfully introduced new telecommunications products to the Brazilian market. Vinny holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and an MBA in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
