Andy Chapman has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as a Cyber Security Operations Systems Specialist and previously holding roles as Lead IT Support Technician and Senior IT Support Analyst at Enact Conveyancing since June 2000. Prior to this, Andy worked as an IT Contractor at Halifax from May 1997 to June 2000. In terms of education, Andy has attained certifications such as Certified Identity and Security Technologist and CAMS in Access Management from the Identity Management Institute in 2024, alongside various other qualifications including Lean Six Sigma White Belt and ITIL Foundation. Academic achievements include a Btec National in Computing and a City & Guilds Level 2 in Web Design from Calderdale College.
