Karen Chastain serves as the VP of Global Partnerships at Enable since September 2023, where responsibilities include advancing the partner go-to-market strategy and overseeing a global team that drives significant revenue through partnerships. Additionally, Karen is a member of Partnership Leaders, an industry association for business development leaders. Previously, Karen held various leadership roles at Optimizely between 2015 and 2023, including Global VP of Product Operations and Senior Director of Global Alliances, where strategic initiatives led to substantial growth and the establishment of key programs. Prior experience includes strategic alliances management at Epicor, focusing on partnerships with major technology firms, and earlier roles in product marketing and management at companies such as ChannelWave Software and Ingram Micro. Karen Chastain holds a BA in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
