Joel Makhluf serves as the Vice President of Global Demand Generation at Enable since December 2023. Previously, Joel held the position of Head of Marketing at Cogito Corp from January 2018 to December 2023, where the focus was on enhancing customer and employee experiences through AI-driven solutions for contact centers. Prior to Cogito, Joel was with Enservio as VP of Marketing, emphasizing claim management solutions for insurance carriers from March 2011 to January 2018. Joel's extensive experience in marketing roles began at Agion Technologies and includes various leadership positions over several years. Joel holds a BA in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and has further education from Tel Aviv University.
