Bec Barrett is a seasoned professional in human resources and advisory consulting, currently serving as Principal Consultant - Advisory and Lead Consultant at Enable, a Fujitsu company, since January 2022. Prior to this role, Bec held various positions at Energy Queensland from January 2016 to January 2022, including HR Business Partner and HR Project Lead for ServiceNow HRSD, alongside acting roles in management. Bec's career in HR began at Ergon Energy, where positions ranged from HR Admin Officer to HR Business Partner from January 2006 to 2016. Educationally, Bec holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Commerce from the University of Southern Queensland, achieved between 2001 and 2004.
