David Goldberg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mediation and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Partner and Legal Director at EMW Law LLP since November 2022, David previously held the position of Partner and lead mediator at Spencer West LLP from September 2022 to September 2024. Prior roles include Partner and accredited Legal 500 lead mediator at KaurMaxwell, and Partner leading Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Gisby Harrison, where David was also an accredited mediator.
