Cynthia Apolinar Laija has over three decades of experience in various roles related to customer service, purchasing, marketing, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative and Order Entry Specialist at Emser Tile since March 2011, Cynthia has previously worked at Mohawk Industries in several roles, including Admin, Inventory Control Analyst, and Master Scheduler, from October 2001 to February 2009. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Buyer at NICHIRIN FLEX-USA, INC. from May 1994 to October 2001, focusing on the procurement of raw materials for OEM automotive manufacturing, and as Import Supervisor at Isuzu Motors America from October 1981 to December 1994, overseeing import operations and product compliance with U.S. Customs. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Certified Full Charge Bookkeeper designation from Chaffey College.
