Dylan Kennedy has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dylan currently serves as the President & CEO of EMQ Technologies US, a subsidiary of EMQ Technologies Co., Ltd. In this position, they lead a team that provides end-to-end solutions for systems requiring massive scalability and concurrent connections in IoT infrastructure.
Prior to their current role, Dylan was the Managing Partner at Farallon Systems, a boutique consulting firm specializing in strategic business transformation and complex licensing management. Dylan successfully negotiated over $50M in software licensing deals on behalf of clients who traditionally did not license software.
Dylan also worked as a Senior Partner at InnoVacient, a boutique advisory firm focused on strategic transformation. Dylan helped business units, corporations, and governments prepare and transform for the future using technology and innovation.
In addition, Dylan served as a Business Strategy Advisor/Mentor at STC, where they architected and ran the strategy for over 50 start-up companies/cohorts selected as part of the STC InspireU Acceleration hub. Dylan provided mentorship in various areas such as business, finance, sales, marketing, and helped create world-class pitch decks and business plans.
Previously, Dylan held the role of Interim SVP Sales at Rip Bull Networks Inc, where they helped ignite the sales effort and establish the company as a dominant provider of In App Chat and Messaging solutions.
Before joining Farallon Systems and InnoVacient, Dylan worked as the Director of Strategic Accounts and Western Region at Mentor Graphics - Embedded, where they helped broker innovative products in airborne, medical, and industrial-based IoT systems.
Dylan also served as the Director of the Western Region at Digital Lumens, where they focused on integrating intuitive systems with high-quality lighting fixtures.
Dylan's experience also includes working at Wind River as the Regional Director for Networking and Industrial IoT platforms and at Western Mediabridge Inc. as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing.
Dylan began their career as the Director of Sales at Solekai Systems.
