Vinka Petkovic currently serves as the Head of HR Shared Services and Head of Payroll Nets at Nexi Group since January 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources and leadership. Vinka Petkovic has been the President/CEO of Aktionica since January 2014 and has held significant positions at Convergent Media Group Croatia as Head of General Affairs, People & Culture, and earlier as HR Manager. Prior roles include HR Operations Manager and HR Business Partner at Atlantic Grupa and Regional Board Member, Regional HR Manager at kika mobilier. Vinka Petkovic holds a Master's Degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation, as well as in Italian language from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, complemented by a Management Development Program certification from Austria.
