Diego Molina Mayol serves as the Subgerente de Excelencia Operacional Corporativo at Empresas SOCOVESA since May 2017, focusing on promoting operational excellence through Lean transformation, agile methodologies, and automation projects using technologies like UiPath and NiFi. Prior to this role, Diego held positions including Jefe de Excelencia Operacional y Agile Corporativo and Jefe de Proyectos Lean Corporativo, driving strategic improvement initiatives across different subsidiaries. Diego's work experience also includes managing projects at LATAM Airlines, developing regulatory and operational systems at Principal Financial Group, and leading quality management initiatives at MCI Electronics. Diego holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and a Master's degree in TIC and Automation from Universidad Central, complemented by various certifications in project management and leadership.
