Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana was a university instructor at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in business administration and management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a bachelor's degree in food, nutrition, and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
