Claudia P. serves as the Head of Customer Success Management at Empowill since June 2024, where the focus is on HR software that supports the employee journey for French SMEs and mid-sized companies. Prior to this role, Claudia P. was Team Lead in Customer Success at Snapshift from July 2019 to June 2024. Claudia P. holds a Master 2 in Philosophy with high distinction from EHESS, a Master in Education with a focus on secondary education from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Sapienza Università di Roma. Additionally, Claudia P. studied briefly at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
