Steve Ou is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in team management across various industries, including corporate, retail, and security services. Currently serving as Operations Manager for a Fortune 500 company since October 2019, Steve also holds a long-standing role as Project Manager and Trainer at BSG Security Services, coordinating client services and training compliance. Additionally, Steve manages all business operations for SO Group LLC dba Spreadfire, while having previously contributed as General Manager at Lucas Auto Care and Security Supervisor at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. With a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Texas State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Steve possesses a solid educational foundation to complement extensive professional experience.
