Rachel Wood is currently a Human Resources Associate at Empowered Hospitality. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Workforce Analytics Lead at ALICE - Hospitality Operations Platform and gained experience in roles such as People Team Coordinator and Human Resources Intern. Rachel also has experience in project management and recruitment strategy. With a background in hospitality and psychology, Rachel has a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston University.
